Do I need a second videographer?

Having a second videographer enables us to capture more than just the moments revolving around the bride and groom, adding depth to your wedding films with additional perspectives. Let's chat during a pre-wedding meeting to explore if this option aligns with your vision for the big day.

Do you need a deposit?

We require a non-refundable booking fee of 30% to lock in the date of your wedding. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the date of your wedding.

Due to the high volume of date requests, we cannot hold a date unless a booking fee has been paid.

How early should I touch base to make a booking?

Especially for the summer months, we would highly recommend booking in your wedding photography + videography anywhere from 12 - 24 x months in advance!

Do you travel interstate?

Travel is included for venues within 1 hour from Adelaide CBD. Outside this area (including travel interstate & overseas) may incur an additional fee at an agreed rate.

Can you give us raw footage?

No, we don’t provide raw footage. Our Documentary film serves this purpose – we collate all the footage taken on the day and edit it in chronological order so you can simply rewatch your day unfold

How long will it take to receive my videos?

Filming your wedding is about 10% of the work we do for you, the other 90% is spent sitting in front of a computer drinking endless amounts of caffeine to power us through the footage.

We take a lot of pride in our editing process, this can take 8-12 weeks depending on the time of year & our work load.

What if you’re sick on my wedding day?

You can rest easy – we have back ups! We have a legendary team of videographers and photographers who work with us and are available to step up in case of any last minute emergencies, so you can have a totally stress-free experience.
